then you keep a log of everything you eat, and it tracks the calories. if you do exercise, it deducts calories.

the nice thing about this app is that it has a database of most foods & exercises, or you can enter your own.

the key for me is that it turns dieting into a game, and you observe how everything you eat brings you towards that daily limit.

this past weekend i ‘iphone-ified’ the car so I’m all set for those commutes.
