phones have been able to browse the web for years, but it’s never really translated into a usable comparison shopping tool. iphone + amazon though, is a pretty killer combo:

say i’m at bestbuy and see a printer i’m interested in. it looks like a good price with the right features, but i really have no clue. in about a minute i can pull up amazon for iphone, search for it, do a quick price check (they’re usually a whole lot cheaper), and read customer reviews (super helpful).

if i decide to buy it online, 1-Click ordering will place the order with my default credit card and ship to my default address. then there’s amazon prime for free 2-day shipping on most items, and they don’t charge tax.

so i get it cheaper, delivered straight to my home, and tax free. not bad.
