motorola q vs samsung i730
day 2 with the new q…i’m diggin it overall, but it has its quirks. it’s got a pretty strong hand in it’s favor: sexy form factor, reasonable price, and a bright, super-clear screen (the text is all anti-aliased smoothness).
as with all pda/smartphones, you have to do lots of tweaks and hacks to get it to do the things you want (thank god for qusers.com/forum). part of the reason is b/c it’s a big clusterf*ck between verizon, motorola and microsoft to get the device to market. so much opportunity for someone (*cough* *apple*) to swoop in and just do things right.
