rich ‘n buddha

meet bleecker & buddha. bleecker (named after his new home) is the boy, and buddha (named for her serene disposition) is a girl. =)

even though my bedroom is about 5 steps away from my living room, i feel the burning need to fully enable each room with audio/visual functionality. so here’s the deal:

• there’s 1 video display in each room (epson powerlite s1 projector in the living room, and dell 2005fpw 20″ widescreen lcd in the bedroom)

• there’s 1 sound system in each room (a/v receiver in the living room, klipsch 2.1 computer speakers in the bedroom)
• each video/sound system needs to be connected to my cable box, my xbox, and my pc.

  3 inputs x 2 outputs x 2 rooms: a total of 12 sets of a/v connections. plus the requirement that all the cables have to remain hidden.

  i didn’t think it was doable at first, but after discovering the array of cable-hiding conduit at home depot, it’s all suddenly possible. so i hit up ebay tonight and ordered a whole mess of cables and a selector box. i can’t wait.
